Outback steakhouse is a great place to eat that is conveniently located in barboursville. When I stay at the Best Western it's walking distance. The service was great the stakes are great and I will all definitely go back. The deep fried onions are a plus. Very kind people and good atmosphere. Of course the pricing was very reasonable as most all outback steakhouses are.
Had a wonderful outting at Outback. Appetizers were great. Entree not so much at first the manager came took care of the problem immediately apologies along the way. Server was the most pleasant and constantly checking to see if we needed anything else even though the place was packed. I'm sure I'll b returning to the establishment.
Service was excellent. (I think our waitress was Lexi, super sweet & on top of it!) Came to celebrate Valentines day with my daughter and everything was perfect. From our server to all the way out the door. 0 complaints. Food was hot and fresh, my belly was full, and my kid was happy by the time we left. Loved the lady walking around handing out roses for Valentines day as well, that was an unexpected bonus.
Portions are definitely smaller but the prices didn't go down! The food is still good, and Rickie (not sure on the spelling!)was great! Took excellent care of us! If I go back it will be to see her!
Absolutely worst experience. My son and I both got sick. Baked potato cold. Prime rib burnt. Blooming onion was dark brown and nasty. No one in party finished the meal.nWILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
