I am not from the area and I'm glad I took a chance on this restaurant. I can't believe nobody came in for lunch while I was there. I ordered the steak hibachi and it was delicious. Portion and flavor was on point. The restaurant was spotless. Looks like I found a favorite place for my trips down here.
At about 4:20 pm I placed an online order for pick up at 06:00 pm. The website did not allow me to choose a pickup time so in the special instructions column I typed in “for 06:00 pm pickup). We picked our order up at 06:05 pm and was told it was not hot anymore because it had sat there ready since about 04:30 pm. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told by management that they are too busy to read the special instructions and orders should be called in on the phone to specify a pickup time. Fuji should consider removing the “special instructions” column and should update the website to include “requested pick up time.”
Love this place! Excellent service and food. Very friendly. Generous portions. I particularly like the noodles here but the fried rice is also great! Parents love the chicken dumplings. Always look forward to trying something new here!
Fast and tasty. Eat here every week. Front desks is polite, sanitized, social distanced, and have microphones to improve audio transmissions. Smart!
First time eating food from Fuji Express and I was not let down. I ordered a chicken bento box. The order was ready quickly, which made me wary of the quality. To my surprise, every bit of it was perfectly prepared and it was delicious. The quality is more akin to dining in than quick takeout. The sushi is not only some of the freshest and most flavorful I've had, the presentation is visually pleasing. I'll definitely be returning.
