This is probably the best doctor a person could get without having to go to the city!
4 years ago I moved back to Winchester from Woodstock and had to make the decision to either find a new doctor, or make the (~35min) drive down to Woodstock for my primary care visits. I chose to continue to drive down from Winchester and have now been seeing Dr. Macleod for close to 8 years.nnObviously driving 35 minutes for doctors visits isn't an ideal scenario, but Dr. Macleod is a fantastic doctor, and I've decided that a good primary care doctor is well worth the trip. I never feel rushed through my visits with Dr. Macleod, and I appreciate that if I have needs or questions that I want to bring up, he always takes the time necessary to discuss or address my concerns.nnFinally, I like the fact that Dr. Macleod operates an independent family practice -- partially just based on principle, but also because of the warm and friendly ambiance of his office.
