Wish I could rate this with zero stars. My son and I went shopping at the cooper location in Arlington. Everything was fine till I started to notice people following me around. I got to register and seen that it was three people. I asked the cashier is it normal for this to happen and she says yes. WHAT! Awe hell no, what’s normal about following people around a store?? It’s uncomfortable especially when you have cameras with screens EVERYWHERE. I told my son as we were leaving it is not ok to be watched like that, and it’s not worth spending your hard earned money. I have told all my friends and family who will not be going to any location. Do better as a company. This unfair profiling should not be normalized or ok. I also told them thanks for treating one of your front lines workers that way.
Very friendly staff. Store is well kept and clean everything in its place. Great experience easy to select a shoe.
Great selection of athletic shoes. My daughter was able to find two pairs easily!
I need brand name great shoes. Diebetic type. They always have a couple for me.
Would have been 5 stars. Because I love this store...however.. An employee named Jeff was sooo rude I will never go back . Smh.
