It was my first outing as a new mama and I am so glad I came to this location! Did some online shopping a few weeks back but didn't like the fit or style of my purchases. I came in and right off the bat was welcomed. They were busy stocking for summer but still made the effort to ensure i was taken care of. Eric and his newest crew member have tremendous customer service.nAs I looked around his newest associate (baby brain I forgot his name ud83dude2dud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f) sparked up a conversation, stayed on task and did suggestive up-selling. Eric was super helpful and even after we realized I hit a sweet deal online that wasn't in store, he helped me leave the store with product in hand I was happy with. He hooked me up and I greatly appreciate it! I've missed in person shopping for this very reason! Today my daughter visited this store and purchased a board and the service she got was too notch! Chris and Miguel are both the epitome of great customer service. The way the both interact with everyone made me and my daughter feel valued as customers. Zumiez at Parks Mall has a great vibe to go with their awesome service! Thanks guys!

My granddaughter dragged me in there, purchased a bucket hat for her, spoke to a very nice young man i believe he was the shift supervisor. He was kept busy was short on help yet he took the time to stop and help me and my granddaughter very nice and professional young person.

Terrible customer service & conflict resolution skills. Awesome product selection but they’ll never get another dime from me. Train your cashiers better!
