Terrible customer service. Couple of girls lacking professionalism by talking about their personal business during the entirety of my transaction. I thought they would wrap it up, but they carried on as if I wasn’t standing there. I asked a couple of questions and they just pointed me to the general direction and carried on with their conversation. The worker locked up doors after I left, which was 20 minutes before the stated closing time. Not sure why it doesn’t click for these young people that your patrons are the reason why you get to have an income. Definitely never shopping here again. Return policy is exchange or store credit only even though you cannot try things on.
I love shopping at this store, they have the cuttest outfits and jeans that fit you perfectly.nI love the custumer service, the place is very clean and organized, the clothes is up to day in fashion and is really affordable.nThe girls at the register are really nice and patient...
Im here at 545pm on a Sunday the doors should not be locked yet. Very aggravating.
Terrible customer service.
It's sad to see this store close out. I used to be able to find nice gifts for my girlfriend but now since their closing things are even cheaper almost 70 percent off! Tues 25 of March I went and i purchased sandals from 35 bucks to $10.80!
