I’m usually very happy with Cotton-On but I’m severely disappointed. They had a horrible selection for sizes. The largest they had was 12 in pants and found only 2 larges in shirts with no XL. Majority of it was size 2s and xs.
Prices are less bloated than some of their neighbors, but not exactly budget. Their selection is extremely limited if you're plus sized or tall.
Love this store for buying cute clothes for my little guy. But the workers here are just down right rude. The cashier, Elaine, was extremely rude. She became upset when I told her I didn’t want to purchase a reusable bag. Rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. If you hate dealing with customers so much, go get another job. Rude.
Need to update hours somewhere online if you’re not open the same time as the mall you’re in is.
cute clothes for a bargain price- staff on 9/17/19 after 5pm was horrible. I worked in retail in college and this staff by far is the worst. No greeting, no asking if I needed help, no assistance in fitting area. In fact we had two girls just walk past us even in the fitting rooms. I really dont know how people have jobs in a service industry and act like that. Great teaching moment for my daughter.
