Jorge Fuentes, one of the store’s manager went above and beyond for me. Went on a Saturday 1/09/21 was super super busy, had a little confusion on a order I placed but he did everything he could that day to assist me but was out of his hands but assured he would follow up with me. He did really good assisting me while being pulled everywhere from other workers needing his help, even did a check in w/ me when my ordeal was taking some time. He did follow up and found my order and contacted me as soon as he found it. I really appreciate his patience with my situation especially on a extreme busy day. He definitely needs some recognition, now and days you don’t receive customer service like this.
Let me say my first visit to this store /mall exceeded expectations. All the associates were exceptionally great pleasant attitudes, smiling faces , great merchandise and amazing prices. Job well done ud83dudc4f
Was going to spend quite a bit of money today at foot locker for the entire family of 6... everyone wanted Nike UpTempo 96 but they didn’t have ANY at all...
Always friendly staff and good stock makes this a great location for me.
