Lots of cashier's but they don't charge you cuz is not their department. Poor customer service on sending you all around the place instead of taking the initiative to charge you there and then. If don't want to work stay home and give the opportunity to people that really have the need.
This Place Is Awesome!! The Staff Is Friendly.
I bought some Air Force Nike that’s cost me $108 and I literally did not wear them at all since they were going to be shoes for a trip I am taking to Europe.. I decided I didn’t want them anymore because I found some other shoes that were more of my type of style so I go ahead and go to the mall to return them and they literally said they were damaged and they couldn’t return them and I can only get store credit? Like are you serious? I clearly did not wear them? So I decided to go to Mercedes and return them there and they gladly returned my money back with no problem and no one there stated they were damaged... BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT. I do not recommend going to that store especially if you’re going to return some items as they are going to give you a hard time and only offer store credit.
I called them to see if they had a shoe and there help was wonderful.
