Workers are so rude! Ordered a pair of shoes and they had the audacity to give me used ones with a toe print and material was literally coming off. I tried to go return and they made a big deal.. workers need to stop acting like they’re the owners of Steve Madden lol definitely will not be shopping at this Steve Madden ever again I’m sticking to online..
I love going to this store. I always find what i need and the prices are great. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was when i had to wait for this girl who was working there to stop checking herself out in the mirror so she could help me with finding a shoe.
Why do workers act like they’re better than you here? I didn’t feel welcome at all. I love Steve Madden and have gotten exemplary service in the past, but for some reason the workers were just off. Not attentive at all, and pretty rude if I may say so. I wasn’t even greeted when I entered the store.
Wish they would answer the phone. I live about an hour away and like to call ahead to make sure they have a specific item but they NEVER answer the phone.
