Very rude lady the one that receives the forms...she expects for us to know all the procedure of up taing Note, Order Forms and Foot exam and bring them to them they won't take no responsibility of any actions are done. Meaning i go back and forth to drs office and there office by phone in person to make sure the proper paper work is done and completed. Is it the patients job to bring or fax the forms to be send by them to get my diabetic shoes. I have come here for years but by the grace of God I need my shoes through out the year I suffer deeply by walking through out the day and if I don't have them i won't manage. My grandparents live 2 hours away and this is the only place we get my grandpas shoes. They are always very helpful
TOOK MY DAD WITH A COUPLE OF AMPUTATED TOES,THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE TOE FILLERS IN HIS ORTHOPEDIC ,SHOES WALKS GREAT NOW!!!
They called yesterday to try and schedule my grandma in for her annual shoes (because an 81 yr old diabetic should definitely be out in public right now?). when I told them she wouldn’t be going until this blows over they called my dad (second person on her call list) to get him to take her in. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Obviously have no regard for the health and safety of their customers. We’ll be switching to a different store.
