We had an amazing experience at Cavender’s Boot City today. They have 16 rows that are 25 feet long of men’s boots. The customer service was excellent. Jose helped us and my husband had a slight issue with the fit that he fixed. The value of not only the boots but other merchandise was very impressive. We ended up buying a hat, belts and a shirt as well. Wonderful variety and will come back again!
Nice place. Great clothes and cowboy hats different prices and great quality. The people working there are very nice and friendly.
First pair of boots I got and Jose helped me with all the questions I had to pick out the perfect pair definitely going to be my go too for boots
Service here is not good at all! They never helped me. My son was trying to buy a hat and they never helped. Everyone was in a very bad mood. Everything is disorganized. You all have better luck going to Boot Barn. The staff their is very helpful.
Good atmosphere, got helped out looking for boots would recommend to everyone.
