Soooo disappointing how down hill this place has gone in the last few years. Food is terrible for the prices. My girlfriends and I liked going there for the live music, food and drinks. This past Friday we had an issue with the waitress, that was poorly handled by the owner. My girlfriends and I decided on our way home that since our business is not appreciated, we will take it elsewhere. If your looking for a good spot with price worthy food and amazing staff that care about their patrons give Herrick a try, you won't be disappointed.
Service was slow...2 of 4 meals came out so over cooked they were not even edible. I ordered a salad as one of my sides to my meal and I never got it. Steak was not 16 oz as claimed and dessert that we ordered never came. Not impressed at all and this was a 2nd time visit just to give them the benefit of doubt... I doubt we'll go again.
My whole family went on Valentine's Day, everyone was very nice and very attentive. You feel very welcomed to be honest I was worried I had kids if it would be ok. The food was reasonable price and very good. My kids gave it a thumbs up and my meal along with my boyfriends look like it came out of a very fancy restaurant. It was Valentines Day so they had a special menu but they kids ordered off the kids menu. The have on Wednesdays 5.00 burger night which I found to be great with families on a budget. I believe one of the owners or cook came up to us and was asking us how we liked or meal to see if we were satisfied. I would recommend to anyone of any age.
Nice place with some great food and drinks. Very interesting menu and drink choices. Everything was great. Good for groups or individuals. Staff was friendly and attentive. Average prices
Our waitress was so polite, helpful and all while on her pregnant feet! So sweet!nWe love the tuna, it was great. My kid loves the burgers! They make a hell of a Malibu Bay breeze.
