I would rate less if I could. I have bought several pairs of shoes here. The last pair of $300 ON shoes I bought, the manager at the Campbell store convinced me I needed a size 10 versus my usual size 8.5 saying my foot would expand with wear and they would be more comfortable. This was a huge lie and the shoes squeak constantly in addition to not fitting. It was a few months after the return window but we have been in quarantine and I have been ill. The manager of the store refused to return, exchange or credit. They should not lie to people and convince them to buy the wrong size. Stay away from Run On! and get your shoes elsewhere.
You got some of the most horrible employees at Frisco TX. Never had to fight, argue, and return an item just to have another charge added as a restocking fee. Service was horrible, mountain of clearance items in front of the newer shoes. Like right on the new merchandise. I bought my wife 150 dollar birthday gift, what a major mistake. 3 times we went to the run on in Frisco to get decent service to return the shoes for a different size. This process at the Frisco store is like pulling teeth there. Read my Frisco TX Run on review. We were treated like trash.
The shoes that they are offering are so classy. It always fits my style. I love their simple but very unique shoe designs. I’m a satisfied customer.
