Wings Over Greenfield

My wife and I love to go to wings over Greenfield for a date night. Nice new bar with ample beer selection and all the wings you can eat.nnThe setting is just right. Ample seating that’s not too crowded and a nice modern decor.

Good beer slow service

I don't get the big hype over the chicken. They're too dry and chewy for me here. Main Street Bar and Grill makes them ten times better! However, they do have amazing mac and cheese bites, jalapeno fritters, and fried pickles. They lost a star for me because the girl bartending was super rude to us for no reason.

I didnt know about this place until earlier this year and I love it. The flavors are great and the amount you get for thr price is good! I drive a close to 45 minutes just to eat here and I never regret it!

On 6/14 ordered a large order which included large onion rings. Once I received my order it was the size of a small order in a large box. The onion rings appeared to be old and burnt. The person at the front was extremely rude and irritated with doing his job and was not helpful at all. He even lied a few times informing me that I could get a refund then I couldn't per the manager. Then when I asked to speak to the manager he said the manager left out the back door to deliver. When i told him I was sitting in my car out back and no one left the entire time I was back there he said he couldn't deal with me and stormed to the back. When another girl came to take charge of my issue she actually got a manager in the phone and told me I could get a refund but since i paid with my card I would be charged twice and get the refund on my card in a few days. I didn't want to take the chance of getting my money stolen for a second time so I just took the order and left. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I recommended to then to never do business as well. During times like these you should not be scamming people and over charging them for what they expected. I've ordered there multiple times and know exactly what I am talking about when I say they did not give me what I paid for.nnUpdate: Manager called me back immediately about my concerned and apologized about the negative interaction I had with a new staff member and also educated me on how things are portioned. That overall experience was very satisfying and genuinely made me feel like she cares about her customers and keeping the reputation of her business at good standings. Glad to have had that talk with her. Good Management.
