I really appreciated the ease of use of your website. I also appreciated the customer service at your store in Plano, TX. What I would have really appreciated was if you guys had more color option by size. Since I was determined to purchase a pair of shoes, I compromised with myself and a pair I was not intending on purchasing. The knowledge and patience of the store staff helped me find a shoe that was comfortable in-store and now around town. Thank you.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Allie and staff were super nice. They offered water and other beverages. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also super hospitable. I felt like I was at my aunts house with how much they offered. It’s hard to come by places like these now a days. Aside from the staff, the store has all the gait analysis one might need; the whole nine yards. Overall, I Recommend to anyone looking for running shoes or gear to check them out!
Ashley is so helpful! She is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions to help me as a runner. Fleet Feet is way better than a shoe store! I think it's valuable to go to a place like this if you are a runner because details matter for both performance and injury prevention.
I went to the store for a running club event hosted by store this particular run. Customer service was top notch. Owners were friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The shoe selection was great. My feet are very happy with my new On Clouds.
I had originally found a shoe that I liked, the staff gradually pushed me towards what that thought was a better shoe. I wasn't sold on the feel of that shoe and purchased the pair I liked. I got home started doing research and quickly returned to purchase the shoe they had recommended. I learned quickly how knowledgeable they truely are, and super friendly! P.S. Love the shoes!
