There is a reason I only call & shop at this store! From management to every clerk they rock! They go above & beyond. I only call them for items out of stock online, if they don’t have it they find a store that does. Then go a step further by getting it shipped to you! Also I made a pick-up error & I didn’t realize until I got to my Plano store. I accidentally shipped it to another. They got it all figured out & shipped to me. They are attentive, nice and always have a smile on their face. I really appreciate their kindness, it goes a long way! I love that most of them are moms and can be very understanding & relatable. It’s the best Carter’s store!
Mainly baby clothes. Wish they had a few more selections for 3yrs and up

Great baby/toddler clothes that are always at a good price, and usually on sale. The clothes are super cute and hold up very well through multiple kids/many rounds of hand me downs. The sales people are always helpful and friendly! We love shopping here!
