Like the store. Truly customer minded and friendly. Great selections in athletic shoes ud83dudc5fand more. Tons of shoes for females on sale; wish they increased their sales clearance for men. Prices need to be reduced even more.
The place is easy to locate and I love the rewards program I have bought four pair of shoes simply by getting rewards.
Was informed of a sale when I entered and was advised how to go about trying shoes on due to Covid 19.
Ordered a pair of shoes on the website for store pickup. Went in the following afternoon hoping to pick them up, and was told to call back in a couple hours to see if the order was ready. Well I'm already here, so I went and got the shoes off the shelf and brought them back to the front and the employee said he had to ring them up as a new purchase, not the online order I had already paid for, because the online order had not been picked yet. It hurts my brain to try and comprehend what was going on here. Many other retailers are pretty good about buy online pickup in store. I canceled the order and will never shop at DSW again.
