The attention this store shows you when you are making a pretty important decision is impeccable! They answer all your questions, let you walk around in the store to make sure the fit is right and offer solutions /accessories. I see a treadmill inside but I haven’t used it before.

I've been buying shoes from iRun Stone Oak for over 10 years. Betty has fitted me repeatedly over the years and does am absolutely fantastic job! Several years ago, she took a referral from my podiatrist regarding the type of shoe needed to prevent my plantar fasciitis from returning, researched to find shoes meeting the right specifications, and led me to the exact right shoe! I have had no plantar fasciitis ever since! Earlier in March 2021, I went back to see Betty and got fitted for more shoes. She is very good about listening to client concerns and offering multiple options. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy something outside my budget. All of the employees at this store are great -- I call a lot to ask questions and am always treated with courtesy and patience. They have fitted my mom for walking shoes, my son for track spikes...the list goes on. If you want consistently good, personalized service when shopping for running shoes, socks, gear, etc., iRun is the right store for you!
Such a good experience. Christina helped me find a shoe that fit my foot very comfortably and appropriate. I really appreciated her true knowledge about the way the shoes work to fit your feet and also her care for finding you something you were satisfied and happy with. I would highly recommend her service and this shop.
