We love supporting local business as we live right down the road. However, it becomes difficult when you feel that you are not getting a good deal. With two adults and two kids we bowled one string in about 45/50 minutes. When we checked in we were told that they write down the time and when we were done, we pay either by the hour or by the string, whichever is more favorable. Well, as we went up to pay we were thinking it would be $10 for the bowling (2.50 per string per person) and $10 for the shoes (2.50 per rental per person). Instead we were told that they round up the time to the hour and we were charged the hourly rate of $24.00. That was definitely not favorable to the customer at all and was pretty disappointing. We paid an extra $14.00 for nothing. We love the atmosphere, love that it is so old and still running, love that it is our backyard, but didn't love how the pricing worked out. Not sure when we will be back. Maybe sometime in the future, but it may be a while.

Hands down the best bowling alley and bar in the area. Amazing hospitality, candle pin bowling, and did I mention you can get pizza delivery directly to the alley? I highly recommend a visit, which will more than likely lead to many more trips back.

What a hidden gem. This quaint bowling alley takes you back in time to the time before everyone was glued to screens. Great craft beer on tap and fill bar for others.

Such a fun place! We stopped by around 8 PM on a whim after seeing a sign on our walk and had a great time! The owner is so fun and personable, the staff are attentive and fun, and the place is so charming! We will definitely be back!

We had a kick A$$ time. Lanes had a fresh wax. Cheap good drinks that got us limber for the lanes. Underdog won with a 95 high score. Will return again.
