I went there to check if my package was ready for pick up because I received a notification that is was there and already sign. When asking for the package, the heavy set women approach the situation rude and told me the package will be their Monday and that I should pretty much take it up with the ups call center. I feel like this lady could’ve handle the situation without the attitude. They lady beside her was way more pleasant.
Very poor experience at this location. I told them my package was fragile. The rep told me he would treat it like any other package and I could take it back if I didnt like it.

The young man that waited on me was so nice and friendly. He needs to go and train those on Lady's Island because they are not. I would drive a distant to go here than the other one. Customer service goes along way.
DO NOT LEAVE your USPS PACKAGEwith them (even though they have a usps rep who picks up at that location) I dropped my package off to them on january 16th to be picked up by usps( I couldnt take it to the post office because they were closed at 5) somehow my package went missing costing me $600.00 I strongly believe the rep that processed my package took them because she saw me put the shoes in the box she had just sold to me
