Everything we need, and then some!

Greeter sitting in a chair , never greeted or acknowledged me coming in but on the way out wanted to check my receipt. He didn't ask but saw I had a coffee maker under my arm and my own shopping bag in my hand. So I held out the bag so he could read my receipt. He never said a word to me. So I said you're welcome on my way to the door and he just stared at me. I understand hiring the elderly or handicap, but this guy was just miserable and it showed. I should of known better than to even go to the Robert Smalls location. It will be my last visit there. I'll drive to the Sea Island store in the future. The staff is 100 times more helpful and friendly! Just made the mistake of going there to pay my power bill! 12 people in line at customer service, no one at the money kiosk! 1 person working customer service area. Called the store while in line anybody answered after 2 minutes! There were plenty of associates working and manger walked past. I waited 15 minutes to pay my bill! Then with another 8 people behind me, they opened the money service desk! I would suggest you spend the extra 10 minutes and use the location on Lady's Island! Terrible service and lack of management!

If they are not going to have cashiers to wait on customers, they need to at least keep all the self check-out kiosks in working order. Half of them were not working. Also, since the line was 20 people back and I am disabled, I was ready to just sit down on the floor. If they are going to make it so difficult to get checked out, they need to provide benches for handicapped people to sit down. I was ready to put everything back. I won't be going back to Walmart anytime soon. They clearly don't care about their customers. They just want to make money. If I could give no stars, I would.

I'm visiting my daughter, son in law and grandchildren for awhile, from Ohio. I went to this walmart and spent $332 on groceries. We get to the checkout and our cashier had no bags. There were 2 reusable bags that I had to buy. The cashier at the next register had bags on two hooks and that was it. Those were the only bags in the front of the store. I don't know if they had any in electronics. So we had to basically put two carts of food in the truck bed. We had warned customers coming in and one of them complained about this location. I guess there is bad management here and they can't get their stuff together. Maybe they need new management. I will definitely go to the other location near here next time.
