Shoe Dept.

Frustrated, this location has only the right shoe in every box! You have to get an employee to go in the back room to locate the left shoe. I understand they do it for theft but there are easier ways to handle this that would be more efficient. The time it takes to locate the other shoe is a problem considering how busy the place is.nnThey have a nice selection of shoes including a lot of wide widths. Returning a pair that did not fit because the left shoe was not in the box when my Mom tried it on required us to return the next day for a return. They processed the return with no hassle but the waiting period was a bit long because only one person can do returns which is bit silly when the place is busy.nnThe prices are fair, you can do better on Amazon for the exact same shoe but I expect to pay a bit more when you use a retailer, but I would prefer better customer service for the extra price.nnBut this one shoe in the box thing has got to go, it's a time waster and insulting to patrons that are not going to rip them off.

Very friendly, great price on the shoe I needed and didn't kick me out like Rack Room across the way for not being able to wear a mask.

Great selection I bought two pairs of shoes that I didn't know I needed.

So I just want to start off by saying I am not putting this place down by any stretch of the imagination it’s just somethings they need to do to get 5 stars from me and it’s simple keep better prices on the shoes because the shoes that they have in there some of them you can purchase at Walmart for like $15 or $20 and they need a better selection of shoes I didn’t see any nikes or Reebok’s or anything in this store but I must say the shoes I got was very good price for that pair and they look awesome and the lady that was in the store gave great customer service so don’t change that part at all

Found the Timberlands work boots at a great price, wonderful nice sales lady checked me out
