Nathan was very knowledgeable, explained the bill, did everything we asked, actually looked for ways to say us money. He did great, sold us the phone we wanted, took the time to install a screen protector and explain the warranty and why its better to get one from att instead of a cheap one on line. The Seminole store definitely stands out as a great Att store
I love att and have great customer service from this store. I was disappointed yesterday they were open and not really busy. But customers are wading snow up to our calves and the entrance was hard to see because they couldn't be bothered to clean parking lot or sidewalk
Colton was amazing! He helped my mom and I with everything & was extremely professional! He made a long process enjoyable and easy! Thank you!!!
The store was really nice and clean when I walked in Colton met me at the door with a very warm welcome even talked me into upgrading my daughters phone for a great price if you need something go see Colton!
I came in upset and ready to cancel my service to say the lease the new guy Colton was very helpful talked me out of canceling and actually got me into a new phone with a cheaper bill! That young man deserves a reward
