Way too expensive and food was mediocre. Too many awesome Mex restaurants in Shawnee to waste time and money here.
I deleted old rating!!n*UPDATE* The Shawnee location is under new owners.. So I went back and the food was better, plus great customer service! Oh and they updated the facility its a very nice update overall! I was very impressed!
We came in with a big order for seven people, and Brenda, the store manager, handled it with ease. She was so friendly and offered suggestions for add-ins. I have a dairy allergy, and she changed her gloves before making my order without my even asking. She was kind to the other employees and such a breath of fresh air for a fast food employee. We will definitely return to this location after being treated like we were important and welcomed guests. Great job, Brenda!!
Was my first time eating at the shawnee location, staff was great and love the healthy options!
Brother. Got a double meat with steak and chicken and both were burnt. Never mind the fact they had chicken on the grill actively burning. It was my daughter’s first time, but she enjoyed it.nnUpdate: Upgraded this review from a 2 to a 4 star because of the follow up service I received. Qdoba went above and beyond regarding my experience. I plan on visiting this location again soon to to enjoy their food the way they intended.
