Extremely filthy. The owner/tender was dirty as hell!

The place was barely lit up. Surprisingly it was open. It smelled of old stale cigarette smoke. The bartender was old and grumpy. The beer was stale and okay than he was. Never going back. Could be A cool place but needs a lot of work.
