I purchased a travel trailer from here last week and it was one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Everything went so smoothly and employees were professional and very friendly. The travel trailer I bought has had no problems so far and was thoroughly detailed before purchase. Many thanks to Willis RV for the great experience.

I purchased a 2009 Keystone from here last month and I absolutely love it! The Willis' and everyone that I dealt with here were very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The rv was hooked up to power and I got to look everything over before purchasing which is great when you are looking at used units. I will definitely recommend Willis rv to everyone I know!

Very disappointed in myself for having trusted the Willis. If you are reading this, go and buy that RV that is a couple thousand more elsewhere.nBought an RV here at what seemed a good price...HOWEVER, found AC's are not working. One cools for a few minutes the other pops the breaker after 2 minutes of running. Most likely needs 2 new a/c's. Was told by Bridgette that it was there cable that was causing AC to turn off, that was not the case. Hot water heater had been bypassed physically to where no cold water was entering because the heater side had a leak. Someone had to have capped off two pipes to make this happen. This was an easy fix and am left surprised at the lack of effort and/or incompetence demonstrated here. The freezer is working but the fridge is not. When we looked at the fridge for .5 he Bridgettensaid it was normal for it to take an hour to cool down. Again, not the case. Most likely needs a new fridge. Gas lines had leaks at the pig tails. Yet another easy and inexpensive repair they could not be bothered to do, despite the danger of neglecting this repair. Water pump was miswired (switch was wired backwards and causing a short) and not working had to be rewired and pump replaced. The pump was only 60.00, on a +20k fifth wheel you won't spend this small amount to fix? Furnace needs a new mother board.nThankfully for me I am handy and am able to troubleshoot and repair a lot of this. But if I were to take this thing in to an RV place I would probably be looking at spending 8k to get this rig sorted out.nAgain I say, if you are reading this I recommend you go buy the RV that is a couple thousand more at that other RV place. Save yourself the time and money.nBridgette will tell you that they check that all major components are in working condition. Take that with a grain of salt...

Absolutely horrendous place to buy an RV from. Bridget Willis will lie to your face from the start and not even bat an eye. Once you pull the RV off the lot they will then continue to lie to you and become unresponsive to calls, messages, any kind of communication. Took over a month to get the title to our RV. Promised a million times over that she would mail me the keys after I sent her the info needed to ordered them. Black water tank was full, and we all know what it was full of....the same thing Willis RV is. I was promised everything was functional and to no avail the AC was NOT. They cleaned it very well to make it look like it was but the compressor was dead. That one is on me because I knew I should have stayed until it started to cool. I trusted these people and I am here to warn others to NOT. Two of the four tires had belts showing and another one was a vehicle tire not a trailer tire. If you will notice, all the reviews have the same common denominator. If you could ever give someone ZERO stars this would be the place. DON’T BUY HERE...

These people are not honest and will not return your calls. Please DON’T spend your money with these people!!!!!!
