St Francis Warren Clinic

I am very unhappy with all the services provided here, There isn't a welcoming feeling when you come in and no one knows who you are and couldn't tell you. Your name when you walk in the door, My last doctors office was great they knew who you were when you walked in the door, If i would call you would actually talk to the person setting at the front desk not have to push 5 different numbers before you get to leave a message and someone will call you back, I had an appt with Dr.Hill and he seemed to be rushed at my appt this is my second appt with him he was the same way at my first appt with him. He was even shorter this time. He didn't ask me what pharmacy to send my medications in to. So I noticed while i was walking to my car it wasn't sent to the correct Pharmacy. So once again I had to call the office back and instead of getting a person once again I get to push 5 different number then get to leave a voicemail for Dr.Hill's nurse. She called me back with in an hour and said that she called in my medications to the correct pharmacy. (She said she left them a voicemail). Well I got the pharmacy and they said they have no prescriptions for me and I let her know that they called them in and said the left a voicemail, Well they said that they didn't have anything on a voicemail, So now I am on day 2 still with no medications still so I still haven't heard from my doctors office to follow up and see if I got them or from the Pharmacy. I wouldn't be at this clinic if I didn't have to use Saint Frances network due to having community care. Utica park Clinic in Sapulpa is one of the best places I have been in a while they know who i was walking in the door and also if I called they knew who I was and would get my problem fixed right away.

Horrible. The front desk receptionist act as if customers are an annoying inconvenience. Dr. Dalton's attitude towards his patients is flippant at best. He likes to wait until a patient is truly in the throes of a sickness to prescribe what would have cured them when they felt the first signs of sickness and not be concerned with the amount of money spent on doctors visits or time out of work.

I went to this urgent care today for a bad allergic reaction to several wasps stings & Gloria at the check in desk, Seth who took my vitals, & Caitlyn who diagnosed & prescrbed what I needed, were all super caring & efficient. In June 2016 I had the same thing happened & the doctor (Sherri @ the time) actually saved me! I had no idea what was happening, but this clinic & employees made the difference for me not having to be hospitalized. Now that this has happened twice, I realize I need to go get treated the same day I'm stung. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I disagree with the other reviews. our expreience has always been courteous and compassionate on a professional level! Fast and professional when our Doctor is not available.

Always quick with a appointment Dr.Woodard and Dr.Hill are both amazing and so knowledgeable. Urgent care is usually quick as well but there are off days and the nurses are always pleasant. The only negative i have about this place is one of the receptionist always seems to be in a bad mood.
