Wings are always fresh and very juicy never dry
Cold food, long wait time to receive food and no refills.
Sat in the bar area for more atmosphere waitress was very nice but it took 2 hours to get potato wedges then wings and I had to stand at the bar to ask for my check. Bathrooms were filthy. Had to send my wedges back because they were cold, wings were hot though. I came here to celebrate a birthday for someone very close to me in heaven we came here every year. Next year I will be doing something different and that was probably my last visit it has been going downhill.
I ordered 6 boneless wings and onion rings. Onion rings were nice and hot and my wings were barley warm when I got them. The server was great and took them back but I am Pretty sure they put them in the microwave and my onion rings under the light until the wings were warm instead of cooking a new order of both. At least the onion rings were good. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be so good now it’s mediocre at best.
Had to wait 20 minutes after arriving even though I ordered online. Someone walked in and stole my food which was just my chicken sitting on the counter getting cold while I waited for the burger they messed up. Couldn't be bothered to keep my stuff warm I guess. The final straw was the manager yelling at the girls in the back of the kitchen loud enough for me to hear. As if it's their fault he can't be bothered to get out there and help them.
