Margaritaville Tulsa

Caleb was absolutely amazing. So friendly and explained drinks very well. Made wonderful suggestions that we really liked too. We tried a new bourbon that he suggested it was so good! I am very picky about ordering my sex on the beach drink too I like it a little sweater. He delivered amazingly. I can't wait to go back! I hope he's working!!! Thank you for excellent customer service!!!

Y'all. Stop what you are doing and go get a bowl of their Island rice!!!! It is so freaking buttery and delicious! We are fans of the blackened ribeye (though too small, wish it was a thicker cut), margarita pasta, fish and chips, fish tacos, and the red skinned loaded mashed potatoes. Expensive of course, but the environment is super fun and food is decent. We love going here, especially for that magical Mango margarita!!!

Horrible experience with a Mgr(Heather Ryan).nOur party of one gradually grew into a party of five. We were initially told the first table available we could have and then told we couldn’t have it, same thing with the second table that come available. Our waitress was great she kept trying to get us to a bigger table. After being told we could have a table Heather Ryan the manager came up and tried to stop us from sitting down and said we had to wait in line for a table, we had been there for over an hour and a half. Anyway Heather had talked to our waitress in a horrible fashion. Our party of five heard her talk to her and we were embarrassed for the waitress. I had gone to the bar to ask one of the bartenders what her name was to make a complaint. When we got seated I asked that one of the TVs by our table could be put on a basketball game, they obliged. After complaining about Heather things seemingly got worse. The channel we asked for suddenly got changed. Our next 2 drinks had very little if any alcohol in them and we were approached by some other lady with the security guard that said that we were being belligerent and we should be escorted out. First, our tab shows that we had not been drinking very much at all and we ate dinner etc definitely weren’t belligerent. Nevertheless everyone that was involved and witnessed what took place is in the car business in Tulsa and we’ll never be back to this restaurant again.

Wanted to give a big shout out to my waitress Sabrina. She did a awesome job taking care of me tonight. Even though she was warn out, over sat, and being thrown 2 million directions a minute. She still had time to make me feel special. I wasn't having the best day and her kindness turned that all around. That girl is going places. I will definitely be back to see her. P.S. the Volcano Nachos were FIRE!
