My wife and I went to this Chili's for dinner. We placed our orders and patiently waited over an hour. Till the food was delivered to our table.nUnfortunately the food was not what we had ordered.nMy wife ordered a medium well ribeye steak. But they delivered ribs.nMy order was missing an item.nUpon relaying their mistake to the staff. They said they would go cook her steak. And the waitress stated that they were not allowed to remove the errant order.nThen moments later the manager swiftly removed the errant order.nI waited to eat till my wife's steak arrived. So clearly by that time, my food was cold.nThere were no offers to make things right.nBy the way,there a sparse amount of customers. So clearly, they were not overwhelmed with orders.nI intend to contact the corporate office to find out if this is a common practice.

Busy, crowded late Sunday lunch. Waited 40 minutes for a table of 8. Fajitas for 2 was delicious & could feed 4 but veggies mostly raw. Good waiter. Nice atmosphere. I didn't care for the rice & husband didn't like the beans. Clean restroom.

We ordered two different meals of 6 oz sirloins cooked medium. One was good and cooked correctly. One looked like shoe leather and was well done. We sent it back. The second one came back and looked the same. When the manager was consulted, he stood there and said nothing. Finally when he was asked how they handle that he said, “I don’t understand the question.” He acted like he could care less.
