Excellent customer service! I ordered boots online and when they arrived I received two left shoes in two different sizes. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was wonderful - by sheer luck she ended up having the shoe I needed but it was her handling of the situation that made the most impact. Thank you!

Went to the location in Seabrook New Hampshire for a specific sneaker. The woman was extremely helpful found it and l was in and out in a very short time. Highly recommend this particular store.

I came in near the end of the night tonight (Wednesday evening) and Annabelle (I’m sorry if I’m not spelling it right!) greeted me immediately, checking on if I needed any help. I thanked her for pointing me in the right direction. She saw I hadn’t found something that works yet and she asked me again if I needed help. I did. She dropped what she was doing and we got into details of what I was looking for: a shoe that worked for my new employer’s dress code. (And she made sure to try to find something cute, not just functional.) She offered to measure my feet and I found to my surprise I had been wearing the wrong shoe size for who knows how long! She found me a perfect fit, and while the specific material and style of shoe was not in stock for what I needed, gave me my exact size, and recommended me what brands to look for. She directed me to the website, sincerely apologizing for not having my perfect match in stock.nnI left the store with a smile on my face. Annabelle was personable, patient, knowledgable, and had great taste. A stellar rep. I am delighted with my experience and I will visit this store again soon.
