Fleet Feet is the only place I go for running shoes.. They have a great selection of shoes and their customer service is wonderful. I love the attentiveness of the associates: it really seems like they care about finding the best shoe for me. The foot scanner is really cool too--I've learned so much about my feet that I never realized. Shout out to Ben, who helped me find my latest pair of Brooks. Thank you Fleet Feet, for being so amazing!

You are very important as soon as you walk inside the store and someone immediately helps get you to the right person for whatever your needs are. Everyone is very professional and friendly and wants you to have exactly what you need. Great shopping experience.

I was visiting Winston-Salem in preparation for relocating to the area. Upon arriving, Matt greeted me and was helpful and engaging. The store and all employees were attentive to the Covid guidelines while offering exceptional service with stellar attitudes. Lindsey helped me. She listened thoroughly to my needs (I probably went on longer than I needed to and she was so gracious and caring) while matching the best shoe and inserts for me. I am not a runner, I came looking for inserts to help with hip pain following a car accident. After several inserts and he detailed explanation of my scan and her thoughts, I found great shoes and inserts. Immediately, pain started dissipating and is better every day since my visit. Lindsey did not pressure me and she competently answered every question and allowed me to take my time. I cannot say enough great things about the store, the staff that I watched help others as well as Matt and Lindsey who directly served me. I have found my preferred store after my relocation. Thank you!

Customer service was absolutely top notch, and now I'm the proud owner of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I had no idea how much discomfort I was in until I put those shoes on. After scanning my feet, they were able to direct me to the exact right shoes for me, and I'm so happy. Customer for life!

I appreciate that when I come in for a new pair of shoes, they take their time with me and create a pleasurable and satisfying experience. I have seen positive, real results in my body from wearing the shoes suggested by my fitters.nI don’t feel like I am dealing with salesmen, but with trainers who are there for me more than themselves. This truly is a business that lives up to the standards of the faith basis it proclaims.
