Be Shoes

Love all the shoes that I've gotten from Be! It's a great shop with a nice selection of shoes for all occasions -- all stylish and good-quality (cool purses, too...) It's refreshing that their staff is available and quick to help out (a completely different experience than waiting around in a dept. store for someone to notice you and then finally bring out the shoes you want to try on...)

To make a long story short I purchased a pair of shoes that they needed to order because they didn't have my size. I was told up to 10 days but usually doesn't take that long. So I waited 8 days and called to check on them. They couldn't even find my order. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called the next day the owner answered and I explained to him the situation. He was going to look into it and call me back. He did but the shoe was backorder until August (now you know they knew is before now but didn't call me). Anyway he thought there maybe one coming on an order and asked me to wait til Monday. So Monday an associate called me and explained the same thing he had. I explained that he stated he was waiting on the order and he was going to let me know then. She asked if I may want them in another color if they didn't come in. I told her that I would look them up and see. But she suppose to call me when the order came in. She never called so I went Tues afternoon to get my refund. The associate that helped me was not apologetic at all she seemed offended that I was upset about the situation but she gave me my refund and I left. I actually ordered the same shoe offline and they were cheaper. I would have given them only one star but the first time I went they were all super nice and I would have gladly shopped there again if this hadn't happened.

Returned a pair of shoes. No hassle. I did notice their selection is limited and tends to be for mature women. Good selection of tennis shoe s.

My wife and kids have all ordered shoes from here and couldn't have been happier. They have amazing and unique selections of women's dress and casual ud83dudc60ud83dudc5f shoes as well as kid's shoes. What sets this store apart is the service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and can even order you something if it isn't in stock. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible entrance and parking up front.
