Our small business has gone to this particular store for almost 10 years. Each year we provide our folks with new boots as footwear and eye protection are key in the arborist game. Customer service is BACK. Not only do they know our standard order they make you feel like an old friend. Many thanks for all your hard work.
Norm Strickland provided outstanding customer service and helped me so much! I waited until the last minute to order my boyfriend’s Christmas present and he worked with me until we found the perfect boot style, size, and color! He even shipped it overnight to my door so I would have it by Christmas. He truly does make you feel like an old friend! Red Wing of Durham has earned a customer for life!
I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star. Older gentleman working was rude to my husband, me and our two kids. We drove from Clayton to get my husband some work boots. We were gonna buy 4 pairs of boots. The sign said 2 people at a time. I understand the sign, what I wasn’t ok with was the rude mans attitude answering us back short and mean. WILL NOT GO BACK OR SUGGEST!! Customer service was lacking!!!
Place owners/staff are great. I have bought over a dozen pairs of boots there. Always welcome me by name when I walk in. They also suggested/introduced me to there insoles. They work amazing. I'm on my feet all day and those things have helped me so much.
Awesome folks help me out with exactly what I needed. Norm was awesome
