WOW! These are my 10 year old boots that I just took in to have new soles put in and they look awesome! He did some leather cleaner to it and it really makes them look like new. Great price too!
Excellent service and craftsmanship. My wife has brought multiple pairs of boots and heels here and never had any sort of problem so I brought my boots in. The work is great and they look great. These are red wing boots and I don’t think red wing could have done it better.
This was a great shop before it changed management. I use to recommendnit to anyone. However, now I would not recommend it to a soul. The new owner told one person I know to fix her shoe by using a marker to color over a rip. Service seems to have gone from a high 10 to a 0. I went to get a simple repair that he told me he could not do So, I'm done
They told me to pick my dress up on a Feb 13 and they closed the shop for the week and i didnt get my dress til 2 weeks later. With no call at all and they had my number. Also bad customer service.
They did a Great job repairing my dog chewed work boot ! Excellent price and very quick repair. I inquired with the other repair shop at Northgate and their estimate was too high relative to what the boots cost, so Butler earned my business. Highly recommended
