My family and I went here to buy a fish. I really appreciated the customer service - the thoroughness in which information was shared, the transparency of an algae bloom and by the specific tank was not currently in use and the product knowledge. I also appreciated the little things - the gravel was clean (no worms in it), the bettas were moved into the back where it is warmer. This will be the only place that I get fish from in the future.

I like Petco.I find it more homey than the other. But, they were out of everything! They said covid has done a number on their supplies. Plus the new hours are not so convenient.
Petco seems to have more variety of animals (well I looked at fish lol)! And they're employees seem more personable, informative, and they don't try to over sale you on things so it makes you feel like they really care about you making the right choice.
