There was only one other table when my party of 2 arrived. The food was horrible. We ordered chicken, steak, and shrimp fried rice. The chicken and steak tasted per cook and both were chewy. We had a good waitress, just wished the food was cooked fresh, it makes a big difference. The price was a bit higher than expected, especially for lunch. We added to full rolls and a sweet tea the total was 77.00. For that I expect excellent food.
The food is amazing! I have eaten here through the entire pandemic. The last two times I have gone the service has been horrible. Tonight, I sat for 35 minutes before flagging someone down for a drink. When the waitress got our drink order we also gave our food order. Another 20 minutes go by and our actual waiter asks what we would like to eat. When we tell him we stopped someone he said that it’s all so confusing. Three of the flat tops had people seated in them so it’s not a staffing issue. In the TWO and A HALF hours I was there at least three tables were sat and got tired of waiting and left. This cannot be good for business. I really hope this gets better. I love this place.
The food was awesome. A bit on the pricier side but I think it was worth it. It was also “5 year-old kid” approved. The restaurant was very clean. We went a little bit after lunch and it was not too busy. All the employees and people that were coming to the restaurant were wearing a mask as well. They had sanitizer available for customers a well as for staff. Also, they had QR code menus which is nice since it is one less thing to touch. They still have physical venues but having the digital menu is great too. The portion sizes are great. But the TASTE! I can not emphasize this enough. Delicious. We will come back soon.
I made a reservation for 7 and wasn't even seated until almost 8. There were 2 servers and one of them got their table drinks and orders in before we got our drinks ordered even though we had been waiting for an hour they walked in and got served swiftly. I feel like I reserved a spot in line not a table
Our server was a young man who was incredibly sweet. He made sure to check on us and was wonderful to have a conversation with. He made sure to answer all of our questions regarding the menu items and even reccomended some excellent menu items. Will definitely be returning
