We went on Easter Sunday and the place was deserted. There was one table we saw seated. There were 3 people standing at the hostess station. They stated they had no servers and they could seat us but it would be 15 minutes before they had a server. I’m not sure why none of the three people were able to do anything or a manager. I’m not sure why they couldn’t handle it when the place was literally deserted. We had two small children and a baby so it made it feel like they just didn’t want to deal with us because I mean what kind of excuse is that for any restaurant? Totally unacceptable.

There are many good things to say about this visit. The server was excellent, the food was great and social distancing was practiced. It was great and lots of good food to take home.

We ordered 3 meals Togo. Excited to do my review I took took pictures of our food before hand. I couldn’t imagine the night that followed. The steak and tenders of the meals the steak and tenders and fries both had old tenders. The steak and tenders was supposed to have the bacon smashed potatoes. No bacon, dried out Mac and cheese,and a side of long black synthetic hair.nThe cheese burger for my granddaughter. We also found another hair in her food. Hence these two weren’t finished. We ordered potato soup up. We didn’t receive it. I have a video of this also.nnProper hair net is such an easy step to follow. To have found hair in two meals..... also have a team member to serve food that should’ve been tossed never served to anyone is completely disturbing. Someone put this on a plate to be served. And someone closed the box and put it in the bag approving it..... Blows My Mind! I wish people just care more. My daughter has cancer and was really looking forward to this meal. And it was so disturbing. It was a cheat. While she didn’t get her soup. Her meal was the only one that didn’t have a hair. ud83dude01 I called last night but the answering service was on it was just after 9:00 we received out order around 8:30.

If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. We sat there for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us yet other families were getting served left and right. I’m not going to make assumptions why we were ignored but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The man that was working the bar said that he did not see us but he walked past us a million times serving everyone else. Horrible customer service.
