Really slow in every aspect. Uncommon for them.
Crystal, forgive the spelling is amazing. She is a bartender there! Personable and kind. I just went in for a quick lunch. We need more people like her.
Food wasn't that hot, cheese wasn't melted and vegetables were undercooked to my preference.
Walked in to be seated, and it took someone a good 5 minutes at least to acknowledge us and be seated. 10 minutes later and we still had not be greeted, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” We had 2 servers pass by our table a handful of times with no acknowledgement, and there were staff members sitting on their pins in the dining room. We got up and left after 10 minutes of no acknowledgement, I know it was 10 minutes because I checked the time. We will not be returning to this location.
The service was horrible. The food was not very good at all..
