Sitting here now 25 minutes for a drink order.. the appetizer came out we finished it still not even a glass of water on the table ud83dude12nnIts freezing cold outside and its even colder inside the restaurant. Waitress is the only one in here waiting tables with 8 tables sat. She hasn't been back since she took out appetizer order smhnnSuper disappointed so far my 7 yr old son has his winter coat on and he is still freezing ud83eudd76nnI'll never be back to this Applebee's evernnUpdate: We left the cold was unbearable the Manager had on a winter hat and 2 coats it was so cold. I tried to pay for the appetizer and drinks she took care of it.. I understand some things are out of your control as a manager but they should be telling people when they walk in the door the heater is broken its 32 degrees outside

I was here for over 2 hours. Couldnt get seated, get a waitress or get served. Manager was no help. Employees were in the kitchen area arguing. Manager said they had a party and were busy. Said it was her 3rd day here. I would never eat here again. After leaving realized i was charged for a meal that i didn't get. Smh

Waited to be seated in this place 5 minutes was not even acknowledged. I waited 5 more minutes because this is what my grandbaby wanted saw the waiter helping a customer came 15 feet from me still no acknowledgement.. We left had it been a busy time I would have expected this. My grandbaby was hurt We will never again.. Outback got us seated in minutes of entering Thanks... For sending me somewhere I mattered

This was the absolutely worst experience i ever had here. The service was slow and it forever for food to come out
