Extremely unprofessional. Months out I planned to go and spend NYE here and was in constant communication with the owner in regards to securing a booth for my gfs birthday. He assured me that I didn’t have to pay, though I was not indifferent nor unprepared to pay any reservation fee. Upon arrival my party had to pay $280 (unexpectedly) and the booth that he and I agreed upon ended up not only costing $500 but he wanted that on top of the initial fee. Moreover, he would not acknowledge my party and we had to wait for a booth that he said was sold out, even after assuring that morning that it was available (almost all of the booths were vacant). I felt hustled and as if I was taken advantage of because of the event. I will NEVER patronize this business again and I advise any and everyone to do the same. Unprofessional and unprepared are understatements!
I would not recommend.You can't tell servers from guests,the bartenders aren't very polite.The free booth before 11pm is not true nor us the drinks.Everything that was promoted is not true.The club isn't really professional.It has a nice atmosphere but it needs more work.
Its okay...waiting in line was a no for me. It was cold. People smoking and the smoke is really strong. I just didn't like it. Go to love's for a classier vibe.
I had a great time although it was not what they radio broadcast make it seem on the radio I still had a good time
