Unorganized. Ordered online for curbside pickup. After submitting the order, I had to call the store to inquire about drinks because there wasn't an option to order beverages with my Combo online. I had no issue getting in touch with one of the workers and confirming which beverages I wanted. When I got to the store, I spent 5 minutes in my car calling the store to have someone bring my food. No one picked up, so I had to go inside. When I got to the counter to pick-up my order, my food was behind the counter in the cooking area. However, my drinks were sitting on the pick-up counter unattended, where any of the other customers could have touched or tampered with them.Or even coughed or sneezed on them. That was really negligent and I definitely should have mentioned it, but I was already frustrated because no one would pick up the phone, so I just wanted to get my food and leave. The drinks were thrown away , so my money was wasted. I would ask to be compensated, but I really don't want to return to this establishment.

Got the order wrong (one burger wasn't supposed to be a combo) and took about 26 minutes to complete. There maybe 8 people there, most of which already had their food, so the long wait wasn't because there were a lot of orders ahead of me. I've worked in the food industry in the past and I think 26 minutes for 3 burgers and fries is a little long. This would've been one star, but the food tasted pretty good.nnEdit: after the reply from the owner, im raising my rating from 2 stars to 4 for helping me understand the situation. There was still an error on my order costing a few dollars. Again, food tastes great but I recommend calling in the order and making sure the order is right.

Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, and excellent food. I stepped out on limb tonight and tried the black bean burger. 2 thumbs up!

Went in on Saturday 2/21/2021 and the young lady at the register would not even acknowledge my wife and I was standing there. The cook was not wearing a mask at all. Burger was good but wife ordered a salad was just lettuce thrown in a bowl. Chicken was only a couple of small pieces . We always go to wimpy”s in Southaven every time we go. However after today never again.

So I knew how good Wimpy's was already but I decided to take my fiancé today. He considers himself an expert on what qualifies as really good food. He's very particular about what and where he eats. We got our meal to go and when we got to the truck, he decided to take a look at his order. First he was impressed with the weight of his burger, then when he looked at it I saw a look of pure delight. He ordered a double cheeseburger combo and he was not disappointed. He would eat a little and then talk about how good it was. We will definitely be going back. Two thumbs up for Wimpy's.
