Although they told us it would be 30 minutes wait time, it was only 10. The staff was friendly and the service was timely....... meaning the wait time for the food was only about 10 minutes also! I had the Cancun chicken pasta. It was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food. I will go back!

So Good!!!!! The chicken sandwich at O'Charley's is delicious. This is one of the best sandwiches I have had. The slaw and pickles that comes with it are delicious as well. The chicken is thick with flavor and spices that will have you ordering again the next day. I order online and once I finish ordering online, I hop in the car and by the time I make it there the food is ready. I like how they come to the car and ask for your name and bring your food out to you once your order is finished cooking.

Sadly mismanaged. Waitstaff was awesome but the manager and cook need replaced or trained. Our 1st visit we had a raw steak which we sent back to get a medium rare. It was brought out still mostly rare. When I cut into it i decided to forget the steak and go with ribs since our combo meal came with ribs that were good. The manager told me they were out of ribs. So I left hungry. We came back the next day since we were staying in the hotel nearby and this time 1 of our burgers came out with a bite out of the top bun. Who sends a buger out like that?! We sent it back only for them to send the same buger out with a different top bun. Not sure what code is but where we're from they make you a new one. Oh while eating it we found a chunk of bun, possibly the missing piece from the 1st one, under the burger. Pictures below

Yeah, it was a little pricey, but worth every penny! Greeted and seated as we walked in and it got better from that point. The waitress (wish I could remember her name) was awesome, didn't have to ask for anything throughout dinner.Refills, condiments and rolls were automatic. Hats off to the cook too, everything was just as ordered, perfect! First time there and definitely will be going back.

MAJOR CHANGE over the past serval months. I’ll definitely be eating here again! Food and service is fantastic! My only wish is for more of a honey butter ud83dude02
