We were passing through this state and was surprised to see no COVID-19 restrictions were in place. Guests were not required to wear masks. It appeared as if all tables were available for use. The Public Health in me couldn't allow my family to dine inside, so we opted for outdoor seating. The tables were filthy. We used about 5 Lysol wipes to clean our table. The waitress did not wear a mask and repeatedly leaned over my son. Shortly before our food arrived, a gentleman who appeared to be homeless sat at the table next to us. Instead of eating on-site we asked for to-go containers and ate in the car. The food was tasty, but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
If I could give them no stars I would! We ordered through grubhub delivery and hooters took an extra half an hour to get our food out and it was completely wrong! I had ordered a chicken ceasar salad and only got lettuce the dressing for my son's salad didn't come with it and my husband's curly fries were not there at all! When I called Hooters to let them know this they left me on hold for 22 minutes just to tell me that there was nothing they could do! No refund no sending the correct food nothing basically screwed us all the way around! I definitely would NOT recommend this Hooters!
