I have been coming to Chili’s for years. I live close to this location. I ordered the 3 for $10 with the Cajun Chicken Pasta to-go. I pulled up to the door for curb-side and was greeted by a young lady who asked my name. She informed me that my order was not ready yet. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes and decided to go in to get my order. The same young lady greeted me at the door and again I was asked my name. She looks on the rack and there is my order. I don’t know how long my order had been on the rack before I went in to pick it up. My drink order was also on the rack with ice in it. I asked if she could get me a fresh drink due to the fact that I did not know how long it had been sitting with ice melting in it. I was met with an attitude but she got me a new drink. I drive about twenty minutes to my house and sit down to eat. My pasta was super overcooked and gummy. Maybe because it is a Saturday but I have never had these issues with this establishment before. The people working with to-go orders should be trained better and the cooks should pay attention to what they are doing.

Terrible!!! Long wait. My hamburger was served but had to wait 20 for the fries, ugh! I was served a drink that had a fly in the glass. I’m not kidding. Bartender took our order and waited on us. She was so RUDE! Acted like we weren’t even there and we were annoying her. Last time we go here!!! There are lots of other good places to eat that treat you right.

I love Chili’s, but not this location. We went this past weekend and the waitress was not attentive. My husband asked for the jalapeños on our Texas cheese fries to be on the side (he can’t eat them, but I love them) and she didn’t have the kitchen put them on the side PLUS there was a big nasty hair baked into the cheese. I had to ration out my drink because she wouldn’t come refill it. She kept standing and talking to the same table half the time we were there, and after they left she would just disappear until it was time to bring us food. After we finished eating and my husband was finishing his beer, she told us to let her know when we were ready to pay, then she disappeared and never came back.

ExcellentnI hadn't been there in over a year because of countless Prior bad experiences. Food and drinks were promptly received.n4 stars because it took them a min to even acknowledge our Presence & they weren't busy. Great Afterwards...

Food was good but we ordered curbside pickup and when we called them someone picked up the phone and set it down without speaking to is. After a few minutes of being ignored I hung up and called again. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and went in. My food was sitting on a shelf ready to go. I asked the gal why someone didn't bring my food to my car and she muttered something I couldn't understand twice. So I grabbed my food and left the building shaking my head.nnWhen we got to the hotel with the food we noticed the napkins and utensils were not in the bag as ordered.nnNot sure I will ever go back.nnThere are plenty of other places to get ok food.
