The people who work at this location are always friendly & willing to help, without being bothersome or in your face. They are kind to customers, their pets, & do what they can to help locate, inform, & make you feel comfortable. At a time where customer service is on a decline, it's nice to know when I walk in here, I can expect it. Shout out to Paige who did a fantastic job bathing my dogs ;)

We used the self dog wash. I requested 2 towels. The had one and said they would bring a second back to the wash area.nnThey didn't.nnWe used the wash area. The floor was very wet, which being a dog wash area is fine. We picked the wrong wash bay because the dryer hose was cracked and needed replacing.nnWe have used the dog wash facilities before and we will again. Prior to time I would have given them 5 stars. I'm hoping they work on the couple of issues.

I really loved Lucy's groomer, she did an amazing job with her nails and her shampoo. I was just surprised to walk in with a 10 appointment with three other fur babies scheduled too. Overall, it ended being a great experience.

This is where we go for our dog’s needs. The workers are always helpful and never overbearing.nWe just recently discovered they will deliver to your residence for FREE!nI ordered a bag of dog food (didn’t realize it was the huge bag) the lady who delivered the food to my moms actually walked it inside so she wouldn’t have to carry it! This made my mom so happy. Thank you!nWe also love their rewards program!

I absolutely love this pet grocer.. Fabulously fabulous staff all of them from what I can tell.nNot some young kids who don't care who or what your there for.
