Service was great, and they bent a rule for me on my daughters birthday. I've always gotten great service at this location. Highly recommend this location.
I called my order in it was repeated back to me but the chicken changed from original to hot Buffalo sauce so I had no dinner
Breaded Lemon pepper wings were awesome
I visited this establishment for lunch with a friend because we both wanted wings however we noticed that Staffing was quite Limited. We noticed one employee working behind the bar and it was that employee that actually sat us. After waiting a few minutes we finally found a second employee who actually did end up serving us. Our service was not what we wanted it to be but we do not blame the server because I think she should have had some help. The food was delicious and hot no complaints there.
We waited over 25 minutes and then it took another 10 minutes to order our food. It took close to 30-40 minutes to receive our food. My son didn’t get his lemonade until 12 minutes after we received our drinks. The manager got into altercation with customer. My fries was cold and my wings were hot. This place needs customer service experience like ASAP.
