Fast friendly service. Great drink specials after 8pm
We really enjoyed ourselves here. The food was delicious and the waitress was courteous and professional. All around great experience.
Last visit they stated they only had 2 servers on a weekend night, and it would be a 30 minute wait. Others on their wait app showed they'd been waiting 40 minutes and longer. We didn't stay, but giving 4 stars because they were doing their best, had good attitudes, and their food is always good.
Curbside pickup does not exist at this location. We have attempted this service 4 times and each time not only do they not EVER answer the phone when you call from out front, but we have to actually go into the location to pickup our food. If you don't go inside you will be left sitting outside while your food gets cold sitting. I would have some understanding for them if they were super busy, but literally no one is sitting down inside restaurants like that, and the curbside pickup area isn't crowded. To add insult to injury, when we go inside the food is done but its sitting on the shelf waiting to be delivered to the car, yet the staff always seem to act as if not delivering the food to the curb was part of the plan, or shouldn't be something they should try and apologize for. They're nonchalant with getting the food from the shelf, and always seem to forget this or that, until you remind them what you ordered.
Applebee's you have turned it up a notch I ordered the chicken bourbon shrimp mashed potatoes broccoli off the chain season so well you got to have this dish the food was so good but I'm going to have to bring more of my friends thank you Applebee's
