I normally love this restaurant...however...over the weekend I tried to go for dinner with a party of 4...after waiting 20 minutes to be seated(which isn’t long i know) the staff tried to seat us at a table for 2...when I asked for a bigger table-since my party had 4-I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutesnNot to mention that while I was standing there talking to the host station, I saw three people, including the manager not wearing their masks properly...most were down below their noses with one below his mouth. I hate wearing masks too...but if you’re going to make me wear one, I expect your staff to be wearing them properly toonEdit-we did not stay for dinner...after being told it would be about her 20 minutes to get the table size I originally asked for we left and went and a pleasant dinner at Texas road house

Definitely a poor experience. They were probably short staffed, but waiting 20+ min just to put in a drink order is a bit much. And that was the level of service we had for the whole night. Everything took forever and we'd go long periods without seeing our server. We asked for more bread before we got our soups/salads, but never got them, even after asking for them a second time.nnMy steak was really good, but my two dinner companions received steaks that were ordered medium but they were barely even rare and they both sent them back.

Had the best service ever from our waitress Jennifer. She is amazing. If you ever go here to eat ask for her she is the best!!! Longhorn is lucky to have her and she needs to train for them across the USA. Again lucky to have her would of recruited to work for my company.. #HUGEasset to the company!! Give her a pay raise!

Restaurant closes at 10... walk in at 9pm to a pretty much empty restaurant, no one waiting. When the host finally appears I was told it was to late to eat. “THE WAIT IS CURRENTLY OVER AN HOUR AND IT WOULD BE PAST CLOSING” I was a party of 1 person. Just wanted a meal after working and traveling all day.

Under cooking food was the problem how do you under cook rice over cook Brussels until there burned ud83dudd25 i like my steak well done no pink they still give me a pink steak i asked for macaroni they give me a sweet potato i asked for a baked potato they gave me mashed potato my salmon also under cooked .... i picked my food up around 9:30pm got home called at 10pm its closing time they offer me a gift card for my order of $53.24 i said ok emailing it was the option i called everyday about it talked to 3 managers until i had to go up there in person a week later to get a refund back to my card this is the second time around at this place for bad food and service . I recommend nobody goes here ! 1 star just because i cant give a ud83dude31
